The ML-2 mine is a further development of the MS-6M mine, but its anti-mine-detector sensor is connected to the lock control unit and has a design and operating principle similar to those of the MS-6M mine. The mine weighs 3.75 kg, has a diameter of 205 mm, a height of 186 mm, and an explosive charge of 1.2 kg of TNT. A self-destruct mechanism with a delay of 1 to 120 days is built into the mine. The ML-1 mine is emplaced in the same manner as the MS-6M. Operating temperature range: -15 °C to +50 °C. Mine clearance is prohibited.
