The MPM-E small electronic adhesive target mine is designed to disable enemy passenger vehicles and engage personnel located inside them. It is installed inside the vehicle cabin.

This is a modern Russian mine adopted into service by order of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation dated 19.02.2002.

The MPM-E mine is not fully assembled. The detonator is electronic, time-delay, with anti-removal and self-destruction elements. The target sensor operates on a vibration magnetoelectric principle.

The MPM-E mine consists of: a body, an explosive charge, two brackets with magnets, and a built-in detonator.

Disarming is prohibited.
